Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the SafeHive platform ("Service"), provided by SafeHive ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease usage of the Service.
2. License Grant Subject to these Terms, SafeHive grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the SafeHive Browser Extension and Admin Dashboard solely for your internal business security operations.
3. Intellectual Property All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service (including source code, threat intelligence databases, and algorithms) are and will remain the exclusive property of SafeHive.
4. Limitation of Liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAFEHIVE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (i) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (ii) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE.
Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy outlines our data processing practices in compliance with GDPR and CCPA standards.
SafeHive operates on a "Privacy by Design" principle. We do not collect browsing history. Telemetry is limited to:
- Threat Events: URL and metadata of blocked/flagged sites only.
- System Health: Extension version, heartbeat status, and error logs.
- Account Info: Name, email, and billing details provided during sign-up.
Security logs are retained for 90 days to facilitate incident response, after which they are permanently deleted or anonymized.
